Growth to Greatness, Inc. was founded by William E. Bailey with the help and support of several friends and business colleagues. The main focus of Growth to Greatness is the design, development, and conduct of life skill programs for individuals in all walks of life, using the power of the Internet, action learning, and group dynamics. The purpose of these programs is to enable individuals to grow and develop as human beings and, consequently, to function at the highest possible level in key areas of life.
